In Ukraine, the past few years have fundamentally reshaped our understanding of charity. It is no longer something associated with a small number of individuals or organisations. Supporting the Armed Forces, helping people who have lost their homes, standing with veterans and their families, and investing in culture, education and local communities have all become part of our everyday lives.
For us, establishing Mnozhyna Foundation was also an attempt to answer a question: what can we do for the country not only today, but for the long term?
We support projects across Culture, Identity, Resilience and Capability. We work with people and organisations that take responsibility, drive change in their communities and help others strengthen their own capacity.
For me, charity is not about a date on the calendar. It is about supporting people today so that tomorrow they can act independently, make decisions, help others, and shape the world around them.
This is how more people are empowered to become authors of their own lives — and how a more capable country takes shape.
