About the Foundation

Mnozhyna Foundation is a philanthropic institution dedicated to strengthening the agency of people and society in a time of profound civilizational change.

We believe that Ukraine’s future is rooted in love, dignity, and responsibility.

Mnozhyna Foundation was established to help society navigate the present challenges and lay the foundation for long-term, sustainable development.

We support people, ideas, and institutions capable of driving lasting change.

Our four programs — Identity, Culture, Resilience, and Capability — form an integrated infrastructure for freedom and long-term development.

Identity
  • Preserving and advancing the Ukrainian political nation.
  • Supporting the post-colonial pursuit of agency.
  • Investing in humanitarian policy, education, and culture as pillars of national security.
Culture
  • Fostering productive behavioral norms.
  • Rejecting inferiority and cultivating a culture of confidence.
  • Supporting cultural and educational initiatives that strengthen social cohesion.
Resilience
  • Institutionalizing the experience of overcoming existential challenges.
  • Advancing an ethic of responsibility, self-reliance, and mutual support.
  • Supporting communities in crisis-affected regions, particularly those near the frontline.
Capability
  • Advancing human capital and institutional development.
  • Supporting civil society networks.
  • Creating conditions for business, government, and civil society to contribute to long-term change.

Mnozhyna Foundation was established by Ukrainian entrepreneurs and philanthropists Mykola and Anna Sushko.

The Foundation is funded through wealth created in global markets. It is independent of political interests and oligarchic structures and has no ties to the Russian Federation.
