To support Ukrainians in becoming authors of their own lives — people with the capacity to act, take responsibility, and contribute at every level, from the personal to the global.
Love – as deep respect and empathy for the people we work with and those for whom we act.
Dignity – as the ability to act with integrity, draw on inner strength, and recognize the inherent worth of every person while honoring one’s roots and rejecting inferiority.
Responsibility – as a way of making decisions and taking action guided by a commitment to the future of Ukraine and its people.
Anna and Mykola Sushko are Ukrainian entrepreneurs and philanthropists who believe in the power of people and invest in the trust, dignity, and capacity that enable Ukrainians to become authors of their own lives.
Bringing together international experience and a deep understanding of local realities, they support people, communities, and institutions committed to Ukraine’s long-term development.
For more than a decade, they have supported initiatives in education, culture, healthcare, and civic life, guided by the belief that meaningful change requires both opportunity and responsibility.
On 26 November 2025, they established the Mnozhyna Foundation to support people, ideas, and institutions building the infrastructure of freedom and creating lasting change in Ukraine.
The Mnozhyna Foundation video manifesto is a visual expression of our mission and values. Created as a concise introduction to who we are, what we stand for, and why we act, it reflects our commitment to supporting people, ideas, and institutions, building the infrastructure of freedom, and advancing long-term change — so that Ukraine can dream boldly and act capably.
