We support individual capacity, institutional development, and the promotion of a culture of philanthropy at the local, national, and global levels.
The Capability Program is central to the Foundation’s work. It brings together support for people, institutions, and philanthropy, fostering agency, embedding change within institutions, and creating the conditions for long-term societal development.
The program aims to strengthen the capacity of individuals, networks, and institutions that take responsibility, shape sustainable models for development, and drive long-term change in Ukraine.
