Mnozhyna Foundation Officially Launches and Opens Its First Grant Competition

10.06.2026

On 15 April, at Mystetskyi Arsenal in Kyiv, Mnozhyna Foundation introduced its work to the public for the first time and announced its first grant competition for civil society and charitable organizations.

Mnozhyna Foundation is a philanthropic institution dedicated to strengthening the agency of people and society in a time of profound civilizational change.

The Foundation was established in November 2025 by entrepreneurs and philanthropists Anna and Mykola Sushko to help society navigate the present challenges and lay the foundation for long-term, sustainable development.

At the heart of Mnozhyna’s work are people and their ability to become authors of their own lives — people with the capacity to act, take responsibility, and contribute at every level, from the personal to the global.

“At Mnozhyna, we believe in people’s ability to be authors of their own lives — to determine their own path, make independent decisions, and take responsibility for them. This is precisely what has been undermined in Ukrainians for centuries through the destruction of communities, trust, and social bonds. Strengthening people’s ability to be authors of their own lives lies at the heart of our mission,”

– Halyna Tytysh, Director of Mnozhyna Foundation

Through its four programs — Identity, Culture, Resilience, and Capacity — Mnozhyna addresses challenges related to civic participation, social cohesion, trust, and community resilience.

Mnozhyna’s first grant competition is designed to support initiatives that respond to pressing challenges and offer systemic solutions. The Foundation prioritizes projects that work with communities over the long term, build new connections, and create environments grounded in trust and collaboration.

The competition includes four funding lots, with grants ranging from UAH 750,000 to UAH 4 million, depending on the thematic focus and scale of the project. Applications are open to civil society organizations and charitable foundations from across Ukraine. Special attention will be given to initiatives from regions affected by the war, particularly the Left Bank of Ukraine.
